Upload operating manuals, maintenance guides, checklists, forms, or incident logs — all become part of the AI’s knowledge base.
2. Connect live data
Every digital form can be attached to assets like a machine and then be retrieved by scan of a QR code or assigned directly from a task assignment triggered from workflows. When the asset is connected, Shopfloor Copilot continuously analyzes live conditions, status, and incident history and generates recommendations in real-time.
3. Resolve issues in record time
Digital forms and checklists can be scheduled to run at specific intervals. The Workerbase system will then distribute the task to run a form to the most suitable person automatically based on the skills, location and availability of the user.
Workers can ask questions in natural language like “Why did the machine stop?” or “How do I restart the system?” — and instantly receive actionable instructions and recommendations.
