The Challenge

Dantherm was upgrading to a new cloud-based ERP system but faced a critical gap: the new system couldn’t handle their specific day-to-day operational needs. They needed a flexible solution to bridge this gap and eliminate inefficient paper-based processes that were slowing down production.

The Solution

We helped Dantherm bridge the gap between their frontline workers and their ERP system by implementing our Connected Worker Platform as a customization layer.    3. Paperless operations: All forms, checklists, and documentation were digitized and made accessible on workstations and mobile devices. Workers can now complete tasks, track progress, and ensure compliance all from one unified platform.

Integrated production planning: A custom application automatically pulls daily production orders from the ERP system, allowing engineers to assign the right materials to the right assembly stations. Any changes sync back to the ERP in real-time, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors.
