Store items

To start, add items to the warehouse with required information such as production date, expiry date, supplier ID, batch number, and storage restrictions. You can also configure properties for warehouse items freely in the admin interface.

Then, pick items for an order using easy-to-use digital lists. Scan barcodes to check off items and correct quantities if needed. If quantities are missing, the system automatically sends alerts to the procurement department.

Afterwards, simply search for specific items along their properties, such as batch numbers, item age, customer, floor lifetime, and any other freely configurable parameters. This, in turn, allows you to precisely track your inventory and find which items in your warehouse need attention. Additionally, you can optionally configure alerts when items are about to expire or storage restrictions have been violated.
